A new journey

Jakob is sitting at the table with his family. A mother, a father and his sister. Pretty unusual. They just finished breakfast.

Jakob gets his stuff from his room, when suddenly someone knocks at the door. Joe opens and Liam is standing in front of the door.

There are standing a few ships.

From inside it loooks like a real home.
The are standing in a huge hall as wide as the ship.
To the right, there's basically a livingroom, not separated by any walls or doors.
Behind the livingroom, there's one other room.
And to the left, there's a corridor leading to further rooms.
Close to the corridor, there are stairs leading up and down.

That's amazing. I've been to many places, but such a ship from the inside...

Yeah, it's pretty nice. I've already seen it, though.
One of the stairs leads outside, while the other one leads to the lowest deck.

I'm going to prepare everything and start the ship.

Can we explore this place?

Of course. It's your home for now. Just go anywhere you want.

Liam immediately runs ahead, Jakob follows him. First they go down.
On the lower deck, there's a corridor as well.
It might be around the same length, but besides the corridor there's nothing, so the whole deck must be smaller.

On each side, there are two doors.
Liam opens the first door on the left and they enter.
It's just a dirty room, almost empty.
It's basically an utility room. A broom, a shovel and a bucket are standing around.

Oh, that's all?

He immediately runs to the next room and they enter in.
It's a huge storage room with a bunch of shelves.
Liam starts to dig around. He seems to be really amazed by all that stuff.

Not now. We'll have enough time. We're going to be here for multiple days.

You're right. Let's explore the rest of this ship first.

Jakob agrees and they go to the next room on the other side.
Liam tries to open the door, but it seems to be locked.
Liam keeps trying to open it, while Jakob already walks to the last door and enters it.
Liam quickly follows.

Inside the next room, there are a bunch of metal bars.

What is this?

This must be a jail.

There are three cells, one in each corner, besides the corner the door is in.
And there's still some space between the cells.

I wonder what he needs these jails for.

Isn't that obvious?

Maybe if dad takes guests with him, but they don't behave.

Liam smirks.

Kind of. I had something different in mind.

Liam quickly leaves the room again and goes back up.
Jakob slowly follows him.

When Jakob reaches the corridor, Liam already comes back from one room.

Liam approaches Jakob and points toward one of the rooms.

This is the kitchen, that's the the toilet, this is... I don't remember, nothing important, and this is a sleeping room, probably ours.

Jakob is surprised how quickly Liam looked into all the rooms.

Because I've only seen one bedroom so far. So the other bedroom must be the locked room.

Jakob enters the bedroom and jumps into the bed.

That's a real bed. Just like in a normal house.

Yeah, it's almost like your room.
Sadly there's no electricity on this ship, else I would have taken my computer with us and...

Liam quietly looks at Jakob.

Liam also jumps into the bed and lies down on Jakob to hug him.
Jakob touches the little dick of his friend. Liam only wears some short lose pants made of cloth. So Jakob feels everything.

Then they hear some steps, so they get cautious.

Hey, kids! Where are you?

They quickly separate and lie down in bed as if they were just relaxing.

Soon Joe comes in.

Oh, I found you. So you already found your bedroom.

Liam whispers.

We just started sailing.
I'd recommend you to go to the upper deck to see your home for one last time before our journey really begins.

Oh right. We haven't been up there anyway.

They follow Joe up the stairs to the deck. There they first see the steering wheel and pretty huge sails.

When looking around from the rail, they see a huge ocean on most sides, but when going to the back, they see the coast of their home.
They are slowly getting further and further away.
But they seem to be accelerating.

They also look at different sides to enjoy that amazing view. There's nothing but a huge ocean in front of them.

They both look at each other. They know, their journey is going to be amazing.
